She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Turner and Sallie E. Clark Turner; her siblings, James, John, George, Booker T. Turner, Lucinda Aughtry, Gracie Lou Saulter, Fannie Mae Goggans and Annie Mae Stuart; and her son Raymond Oxner.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah Lee Alexander and Joe Kelvin Turner (Patricia); her great grandchildren, Shi'Tavious, Elijah Turner and Kinsley Williams; her nephew Charles Saulter; her nieces, Beverly Herbert, Belinda Rikard, Jennifer Louie (Larry), Laverne and Sandra Saulter; and her caregivers, Temeka Trappier, Demetria Davis and Dorothy Brown. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel (601 South St, Newberry, SC 29108). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
