She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Hoffman; her parents, Hayden Welborn and Ossie Lee James James; and her daughter Linda Louise Pulliam. She is survived by: her daughters, Alexis Z. Keyne (David) of Australia and Maxine Pulliam Jennings of Newberry. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
