She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry McCarty and Ethel Shealy McCarty; and her sisters, Katherine Clamp and Betty Dominick. She is survived by: her husband Homer R. Garnett; and her children, James Ray Payne (Angie) of Rock Hill, Jeanne Koon of Columbia, Cindy Mills (Roy) of Newberry and Lynn Siddle (Terry) of Irmo. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and a great-greatgranddaughter.
