She was predeceased by: her husband Frank E. Bartley; her parents, Levi Arthur and Cleo Fulmer Rodgers; her son Keith Bartley; and her siblings, Alton Rodgers, Harold Rodgers and Iris Cook.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Bartley (Pam) of Prosperity; her grandchildren, Ashton Davis (Jody), Erica Harmon (Chris) and Austin Bartley; her daughter-in-law Dee Dee Bartley of Prosperity; her great grandchildren, Jordyn Davis, Joyner Davis, Madison Harmon and Harrison Harmon; and her sisters, Faye Ouzts of Aiken and Mary Fallow of Monetta.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home (1724 Main St, Newberry, SC 29108). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Glenn Street Baptist Church (300 Glenn St, Newberry, SC 29108).
