He was predeceased by: his father Fred Fulmer, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda "Suzie" Fulmer; his daughter Lori Webb (Evan); his grandson Cohen Webb; his mother Betty Fulmer; his brothers, Fred Fulmer, Jr. (Beth) and Richard Fulmer (Roxanne); and his nieces and nephews, Jacob Fulmer, Clayton Fulmer (Lauren), Angela Disque (Adam), Brittani Kryske and Sidney Desai (Bhaumik).
