She is survived by: her husband Daniel Nobles; her children, Kelsey Parnell (Kelly) and Teressa Pritchett; and her grandchildren, Jeffery, Jennifer, A. J., Kelsey and Bobbie. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

“I am so sorry to hear about Cindy's passing. I have been searching for Bailey, Sr.'s family for years. I could not find his children. His first wife was my aunt and they lived in zStsunton. I have a lot of pictures of him and some of his relatives from Phenix, Vs and a picture of his parents home place there. I know his grandchildren would like to have them.
