She was predeceased by: her spouse Elzie Lee Turner; her parents, Elbert Ila and Bessie Katherine Graham Kinard; her son Danny E. Turner; her son-in-law James Rankin; her siblings, Elbert Kinard, William Perry Kinard (Mary), Vera Mae Shealy (Paul) and Leila Kate Suber (Tommy); and her siblings-in-law, Elaine Black (Donald), Blondell Turner and Clyde Livingston, Sr..
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Turner Rankin; her daughter-in-law Alice H. Turner; her grandchildren, Kathryn Brannon (Mike) of Texas, Mary Beth Wright (Kyle) of Texas, Karen Ellis of Texas, Tami Turner Jones (James) of Texas, Shawn Turner Folk (Daniel) of Newberry, Lee Turner of Newberry, Paul Turner of Newberry and Carl Turner (Theresa) of Newberry; her stepgrandchildren, Charley Livingston (Skipper) and Allison Stribble (Michael); her stepgreat-grandsons, Will Livingston and Blake Stribble; and her sister-in-law Olivia Livingston of Newberry. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family will be at their respective homes.
