He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lincoln and Mary Alice Gies Hatch; and his brother-in-law William "Bill" Mann. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Lynette (Bobby) and David (Tina); his grandchildren, Samantha (Andrew), Kimberly (Chris), Robin, Isabella, Savannah and Brooke; his great grandchildren, Allie of Brynlee, CJ and Greyson; and his siblings, Abby Hatch Cleland (Joel), Faith Hatch Mann and Betsy Hatch Dimmery (Terry).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Charles Hatch Residence (1531 Main St, Newberry, SC 29108). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church (1605 Main St, Newberry, SC 29108). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (501 Elmwood Ave, Columbia, SC 29201).
