He is survived by: his parent Ethel Adams Kennington; his wife Mary Baker Kennington; his children, Charles Alan Kennington (Angela) of Charleston and Wanda Kennington Hartman (Barry) of Prosperity; and his grandchildren, Taylor Allmond Kennington, Ashton Layton Kennington, Gage Kenneth Kennington and Meghan Lindsay Hartman.
