It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bertha Lee Neal of Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on October 25, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Bertha departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Bertha. Though Bertha may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Vance and Janie Vance; and her siblings, Annie Belle Williams, Gussie Coleman, James Vance, Fred Williams, Jesse Williams and John Williams. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren and 23 great-great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel (601 South St, Newberry, SC 29108).
