He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hazel Gibbons and Annie Bell Gowdy Gibbons; and his brother Larry Gibbons. He is survived by: his spouse Maurice Dennis Gibbons; his children, Denise Todd (Hank) of Sumter and Will Gibbons (Tracy) of Lake City; his grandchildren, William Gibbons (Kaitlyn) of Sumter and Laney Gibbons of Lake City; his great grandchildren, Pearl Gibbons and Felicity Gibbons; his sister Charlotte Tisdale of Turbeville; his nephew Alex Tisdale (Lisa); and his cousin Rev. Bobby Morris.
