He is survived by : his wife Ethel Lee Dorsey children, Donna Smalls (Gregory) of Columbia, SC, Virgil Dorsey (Lolita) of Nesmith, SC, James Dorsey (Denise) of Nesmith, SC, Sheryl Gibbs (Anthony) of Georgetown, SC, Victoria Jones and Ahkeem Nesmith; his siblings, Barbara Dunn of Petersburg, VA and Mose Edward Dorsey (Charlotte) of Raleigh, NC; his siblings-in-law, Listen Bell of Hemingway, SC, Betty Lewis of Arcadia, FL and Charlotte Dorsey of Raleigh, NC; and his grandchildren, Gregory, Narada Smalls, Rochelle Johnson (Shelley), Arireal Dorsey, Jamison Dorsey, Marlon Jackson, Jermaine Brown, Wanda Jackson, Renee Sabb and Shameka Nettles. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives.
