She was predeceased by: her parents, W. H. Hoover and Susie Hoover (Bruner); her significant other Pete Fanning; and her daughter Katie Lubkins. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Lubkins and Chris Lubkins; her grandchildren, Heather Dolly (DJ), Joe Lubkin (Cheyanne), Miranda Lubkin and Eric Lubkin; her great grandchildren, Justin Dolly, Jr., Dolly, Jessie Dolly, Jace Dolly, Serenity, Kaylee Brunson, Natalee Hammons and Landon Hammons; and her sister Linda Davis (Larry). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
