He is survived by: his children, Cindy H. Inabinet (Timothy S. Key) and Gordon Keith Hoover; his grandchildren, Julia Inabinet, Phillip Inabinet, Jessica Hoover and Robyn Hoover; and his sister Jewel Cobb. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
