He is survived by: his mother Betty Knight Bonin; his friend Allen Fanning; his siblings, Ronda Etheridge (Antony Haddock) and Shawn Still; his brother-in-law Brian Etheridge; his niece Summer Etheridge; his nephew Dustin Etheridge (Lauren); his aunt Judy Knight; and his close friend Beverly Robinson. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
