It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Benjamin Hoover of Neeses, South Carolina, born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Hoover and Jeanette Hutto Hoover; his siblings, Doris Chavis (Jerry) and Danny Hoover (Karen); and his sister-in-law Charlene Hoover.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Theodore; his children, Robert Hoover, Anthony Theodore and Dale Theodore; his grandchildren, Taylor Theodore, Dylan Williams, Carlee Chavis, Jonathan Theodore and Anthony Junior Theodore; his siblings, Barbara Davis (Wayne), Jerry Hoover (Frances) and Owen Hoover (Pat); and his mother-in-law Betty Knight. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
