She is survived by: her husband Hoke Smith Nelms III; her children, Tammy Gamble (Daniel Litton), Jennifer Gamble, Shelly Davis and Darren Gamble (Heather); her grandchildren, Chasity Davis, Brittany Davis and Chase Gamble; and her siblings, Johnny Hartley, Ricky Hartley (Patsy), James Hartley (Sandra) and Rose Jumper. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
