He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Lee Phillips and Anne Marie Dennison Phillips; and his daughter Donna Gail Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Gail Baughman Phillips; his son Harvey Lee Lafayette Phillips (Ashley); and his granddaughters, Emily Phillips and Alyssa Phillips. He is also survived by three brothers, two sisters, a number of nieces and nephews along with many great friends and extended family.
