He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Melanie Bell (S. C.) of Murrells Inlet, Harold Keith Bell (Lianna) of Whittier, N. C., Anna Williamson (Kathy) of Aiken, S. C. and Rene' Welch (Teddy) of West Columbia; the mother of his children Joyce Bell of West Columbia; his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Harold, Bryan, April, Oliver, Matthew, Zachary, Blake, Brandon, Caitlin, Amera, Ryan, Aiden and Ashtin; his siblings, Maggie Roberts, Dorothy Bailey, Carl Bell (Rocky) of Summerville, Bessie Oakes of Bonneau, Elizabeth Hoffman of Neeses and J. D. Bell of Summerton; and also Jamie King of Neeses. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
