He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Tiller Dukes and Mary Ellen Toole Dukes; his wife Susan Diane Keitt Dukes; and his sister Dorothy Faye Dukes Cooper. He is survived by: his son John Dukes (Heather) of Neeses; his grandson Hunter Blake Dukes; his siblings, Edith Amelia Dukes Turner and Donald Ray Dukes (Dianne); and his cousins, Nancy Hebert, Alton Corbett and Ida Louise Hill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
