It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alexander Cave Sr. (Neeses, South Carolina), born in Barnwell, South Carolina, who passed away on August 19, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil R. Cave and Lila Mae Cave (Dehay); his wife Kathryn Elaine Garrick Cave; and his brother Leonard Edward Cave. He is survived by: his children, Penny Cave (Don) of Neeses, Alexander "Alec" Blanchard Cave, Jr. (Lisa) of Neeses, Valerie Cave Strock (James) of North and Janet Melinda Cave of Orangeburg; and his brothers, Cecil R. Cave, Jr. of Winston Salem, N. C. and Phillip V. Cave of Orangeburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
