He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pavilack Melenik; his daughter Joanne Melenik; his siblings, Nehama Atias (Doron), Elaine Peluchette (David), Avi Melenik and Tuvia Wilks (Anati); his nieces and nephews, Austin, Brandon, Aaron, Jacob, Eli, Joel, Sagi, Melissa, Shelby, Faith, Almog and Shaked; his aunts, Shirley Knecht and Mary Jane Pavilack (Harry); and his uncle Paul Pavilack.
