He is survived by: his wife Helen Tarte Howland Rapp; his children, Michael Rapp (Mary) of Webster, NY, Linda Dengler (Bob) of Rochester, NY and Gail O'Geen of Charleston, SC; his sister Myrna Schiano of Webster, NY; his grandchildren, Jason McAvoy, Monica Dengler, Anthony O'Geen, Jimmy O'Geen (Sarah), Carey O'Geen, Ryan Rapp and Evan Rapp; and his great grandchild Aiden Stenglein. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and also many other loving family members and friends.
