He was predeceased by: his parents, Bus Deskins and Cleo Deskins; and his wife Patricia Merrell Deskins. He is survived by: his daughter Tamara; his son-in-law Jeffrey Eggleston; his son Timothy of Myrtle Beach, SC.; his daughter-in-law Sally Deskins of Myrtle Beach, SC.; his grandchildren, Susan Riddick (Daniel) of Richmond, VA, Scott Eggleston (Bree) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Jake Deskins of Charlotte, NC and Bailey Deskins of Charleston, SC; and his great grandchildren, Hudson Riddick, Lillie Riddick and Olly Eggleston.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McMillan-Small Funeral Home (910 67th Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
