He is survived by: his wife Darlene Scheffmeyer of Myrtle Beach; his son Christopher Scheffmeyer of Boulder, Colorado; and his siblings, Jane Clawson of Easton, Pennsylvania and Gary Scheffmeyer of New Jersey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
