She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Honosky, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Leo Honosky, Jr. (Patricia), Tim Honosky (Jerri), Kim Green and Vicki Chiappini (Al); her sisters, Alice Baker (Bob) and Nancy McGlothlin (Wayne); her grandchildren, Felicia Chiappini, Mikayla Helms (Aaron), Austin Green (Marj), Jade Ahlers and Savanah Honosky; her great grandchildren, Gracie Chiappini, Albert Helms, Anthony Chiappini Helms and Lainey Chiappini; and her siblings-in-law, Gladys Dent (Donald), Mary Johnson (Victor) and Pat Honosky (Diane).

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McMillan-Small Funeral Home (910 67th Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
