We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2023, at the age of 96, Tsampika Stamatakis of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Efstathios Itsou and Triandafilia Itsou (Hatzianastasis); her husband Steve Stamatakis; and her siblings, Mihali Karayanis, Panteleos Karayanis and Katholiki Filindarakis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine Agoustakis, Phyllis Burnus and Esther Stamatakis; her sons-in-law, John Avgoustakis and Arthur Burnus; her sister-in-law Anastasia Karayanis; her grandchildren, Harry Burnus, Mica, Bruce Ensign, Dessie Baig, Stacie and Chris Ruggiero; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Kayleigh, Jonathan, Grace, Alexa, Christopher, Daniel and Gabby; and her nieces and nephews, Mihalis, Manolis, Tsampika, Vasili Filindarakis, Phyllis and Manny Karayanis.
Donations in her memory can be made to Saint John The Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in Myrtle Beach or to Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
