He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Clay Usrey and Mary Geraldine Lee Usrey; his siblings, Ronald Clay Usrey and Mary Lynn Usrey; and his brother-in-law Walter Milton Pegram, Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Maxwell Usrey and William Miles Usrey; and his sisters, Violet Patricia "Kitty" Montgomery (Ed) and Brenda Pegram. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
