He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Cornelius "Billie Neal" Rainwater and Jennings Kirkley Rainwater; and his grandparents, Bill and Nell Copeland. He is survived by: his brother William Jennings "Billy" Rainwater; and his cousins, Phillip Ness, Bill and Chris Webb.
