He is survived by: his wife Cindy Yarger Pennington; his children, Scott L. Pennington, Dustin Pennington, Nick Scarpa and Kristen Pennington; and his siblings, Gary Pennington (Lisa), Herbert Pennington (Audrey), Deborah Robinson, Ann Brittian (Chuck), Wanda Pennington and Linda Bullard (Bill).
