He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean D. Moser (Nickoles) and Robert L. Moser; his granddaughter Chloe Isaac; and his brother Scott Moser. He is survived by: his daughter Courtney N. Isaac (Kevin) of Westminster; his siblings, Terry Gachot (Chip) of Finksburg, Beth Alban (Dave) of Finksburg and Brian W. Moser of South Dakota; his grandsons, Kaleb and Crew Isaac; and his stepmother Frances Moser. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
