He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Yokum and Donzel Owens; and his siblings, Randy Owens, Thomas Owens, Alice Collins and Pam Bryan.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Keister, Justin Owens and Noctis Owens (Teri); and his siblings, Debbie Brock, Pat Flowers, Mary Hanks, Sean Davis, Brian Davis and Danny Crews. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
