He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Poulter and Henrietta Poulter; and his siblings, Grover, Paul, James Poulter, Louise Medley and Maybell Jaetzold.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Poulter of Myrtle Beach; his daughters, Cynthia Poulter Gibson of Myrtle Beach and Katherine Poulter Madert (Steve) of Myrtle Beach; his brother Glenn Poulter; his granddaughter Sarah Michlovitz (Jeff) of Aiken, SC; and his great grandchildren, Reagan and Ensley.
