He was predeceased by: his parents, George Turner and Susie Vines Turner; his stepmother Vivian Turner; his daughter Susan Elizabeth Turner; and his siblings, Curt, Ronnie, Becky and Lilly.
He is survived by: his wife June Gaddy Turner; his son Johnson Turner (Stephanie); his grandson Christopher Mapp; his great grandchild Turner Mapp; and his sisters, Georgia Lollis (Robert) and Patricia Turner.
