“Miss Paula was the beloved name for her at our YMCA in Myrtle Beach. Remembering the day Paula entered the yoga class I taught, and, after class, she came to me saying that she would never be able to get into a headstand pose at 70. I responded, "Paula don't say I can't do that pose, say to yourself, I just can't do it today." You finally did a headstand and we both had tears in our eyes. When I see that twinkling star in the sky, I know it's you, saying "I did it and all is OK. -Namaste!”
