He is survived by: his wife Sally Caulley; his brother Homer Caulley of Ft. Waynes, IN; his children, Twyla Kelley, Lisa Sellers (Kent) and Brian Caulley; his son-in-law Terry Midkiff; his grandchildren, Stephanie Zais (Jeremy), Ashley, Adam Midkiff (Jenny) and Sterling Pelfry (Samantha); and his close friend Danny Hewitt. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
