He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest McSwain and Mary Allene Nivens McSwain. He is survived by: his wife Katie Sue Shirley McSwain; his children, Michele McSwain Singleton of Myrtle Beach, SC and Michael McSwain Jr. (Michelle Lynn) of Canon, GA; his grandchildren, Alle Singleton Castro (Greg) of Boulder, CO, Corbin Singleton (Rebecca) of Six Mile, SC, Caitlin McSwain of Anchorage, AK and Catherine McSwain of Sanibel, FL; and his great grandchild Brynlee.
