It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Barnes of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, born in Auburn, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 30, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Michael shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Michael farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Taylor and Helen Dineen Barnes; and his brother Clifford Barnes, Jr. of Auburn, MA.. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Barnes and Leah Bennett of Myrtle Beach, SC.; and his granddaughters, Mia, Ashley Bennett and Reilly Barnes.
