She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Tillman Dixon and Mary Sue Conner Dixon of South Boston, Virginia.; her daughter Mary Catherine Smith Hendrix (William Brooks, Jr.) of Blair, SC; and her grandson Philip Charles Wilkins, Jr. (Ashley). She is survived by: her children, Donna Wilkins (Philip) of Winnsboro, SC, Hugh McIntyre Smith, Jr. (Sally) of Conway, SC and Rachel Suzanne Smith of Mt. Pleasant, SC.; her grandchildren, Caroline Chisholm (Andy), Grace Wilkins (Patrick), McIntyre Smith (Caitlyn), Sarah Smith, Dixon Smith and Katie Hancock (Tyler); and her siblings, Charlotte Ann Dixon of Myrtle Beach and Harry Tillman Dixon (Barbara) of Richmond, VA. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (3810 Robert M Grissom Pkwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Fairfield Memorial Cemetery (771-777 S-20-222, Winnsboro, SC 29180).
