He was predeceased by: his wife Nona Long; and his parents, Marcus Lee, Sr. and Lillian Long. He is survived by: his children, Marc Long (Debbie), Melinda Hutcheson (Rock) and Steve Long; his grandchildren, Lee Long (Anissa), Angela Jones (Chad), Jeffrey Hutcheson and Joel Hutcheson (Haley); his great grandchildren, Kyra Long, Justin Long, Auston Long, Sarah Jones, Trey Jones, Charlotte Hutcheson and Blakely Hutcheson; and his sister-in-law Nancy Westbrooks (Gene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Christian Church of Tyrone (294 Jenkins Rd, Tyrone, GA 30290). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
