She is survived by: her husband Edwin Burton Kelbaugh; her daughter Colleen Ann Smith; her grandchildren, Caitlin Milhimes (Pete) and Nicholas Foley; and her great grandchildren, Mason William Milhimes and Lucy Adalyn Milhimes.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Myrtle Beach Funeral Home & Crematory (4505 US Highway 17 Bypass South, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577).
