He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest S. McCaskill and Mary Keesler McCaskill; and his former wife Trudie Mishoe McCaskill. He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Sides (David) and Lisa Cox; his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Madison, Taylor, Kelly and Kaitlyn; his sisters-in-law, Vicky Ford and Kim Steimle; his cousins, Clay Diggs, Bill Diggs and Yvonne Horne (Bill); his nephew Michael Mishoe; and his close friends, David Rives, Boyd Anderson, Fred Gerald, Dennis Vrem and Rodney Prince.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Forestbrook Baptist Church (2051 Forestbrook Rd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
