He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hoag and Hazel Hoag of Pennsylvania; and his sisters, Irene Messinger of Pennsylvania and Helen Young of Pennsylvania. He is survived by: his wife Norma L. Hoag; and his children, Jeffrey Hoag of South Carolina and Kimberly Westfall (Larry Westfall) of Pennsylvania.
