He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Raymond Williams and Sybil Jenkins Williams; and his brother Clarence Raymond Williams, Jr. (Dorothy Williams). He is survived by: his wife Dot Williams; his brother Dennis Williams; his sister-in-law Sally Williams of Jacksonville, FL; his nieces, Maria Williams Stewart, Nicole Williams, Rebecca Williams Wilkins and Amy Williams; and his nephew Stetson Williams.
