He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dillard and Mary Ann Carter (Simpson). He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda McConville and Pamela Moore; his stepmother Linda Carter; his cousin Kevin McConville; his stepchildren, Kimberly Simmons (John), Lori Stephens (Mitchell) and Michael Hall; his grandchildren, Amanda Erickson, Katie Dillon and Paul Grimm; his great grandchild McKenna Dillon; his brother-in-law Pat Morgan; and also Sue Carter (Morgan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
