She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Gaffney and Elizabeth Gaffney (Hefferman). She is survived by: her husband Robert; her stepson Robert Grassi (Carol); her stepgrandsons, Robert and Gregory Grassi; and her nieces and nephews, Edward Goetz (Denise), Janet Gaul (Dennis), Patricia Lang (William), Richard Goetz (Elizabeth), Paul Gaffney (Rosemary), Brian Gaffney, Robert Gaffney (Ellen) and Elizabeth Gaffney (Charles Burrows).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in her honor to St Jude's Children's Hospital.
