He was predeceased by: his father James Herbik; his brother Jeremy Herbik; his grandparents, Stephen, Anna Herbik, Antonio and Cesira Della Bella; his uncles, Frank and Livio Della Bella; and his cousins, John Hunziker and Penny Light.
He is survived by: his mother Rita Della Bella (Della Bella); his brother Michael Herbik; his aunt Angie Hunziker; his cousin Peter Hunziker; his nieces, Avery Herbik and Peyton Herbik of Michigan; his close friend Jamie Otis; and also Zahira of Myrtle Beach, SC.
