He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Snyder and Mary H. Snyder (Wida) of Rexmont, PA.; his wife Pauline J. (Polly); and his siblings, Madeline Snyder of Cornwall, PA, William Snyder, Elizabeth Grandi (Betty) of Rexmont, PA, Robert Snyder of Spokane, WA and George Snyder of Lebanon, PA..
He is survived by: his sons, John P. Snyder Jr. of Marion, SC, Michael A. Snyder (Susan) of Lebanon, PA, William N. Snyder (Cyndie) of Harrisburg, PA, Anthony J. Snyder (Heather) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Joseph B. Snyder (Amy Slavko) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his siblings, Marguerite Kapp (Peggy) of Duncannon, PA, Theresa Bernard of Manheim, PA and Paul Snyder of Merritt Island, FL.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
