He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Himmelsbach and Muriel Himmelsbach. He is survived by: his brother Paul (Judy); his nephew Scott; his sister GayeAnne (Peter); his nephew Peter; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jason, Jessa, John and Joy; and his grandchildren, Sutton, Leyton, Wynn and Jeri.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jack's honor to the Claire Chapin Epps Family YMCA.
