He was predeceased by: David Brooks Adcock. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Adcock (Keating); his daughter Amy Pradetto Werdean (Andrew Werdean); his grandchildren, Ashley, Michael and Matthew; his children, John F Adcock III (Shannon Joines Adcock), Tyler and Claire; and his sister Barbara Jane Adcock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jack's memory are respectfully encouraged to the Duke University Cancer Center.
